We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of the company’s marketing and social accounts. You will work closely with our marketing teams and developers, bring innovative ideas to life, and make the advertisements and posts visually appealing. Your primary focus should be on enhancing the company’s online presence and engaging the audience.
Your role
- Boost brand awareness and engagement by creating and implementing productive social media strategies.
- Manage and update all social media accounts like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Design and create high-quality digital content, such as images, videos, and posts that match our brand and goals.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics and hashtags into content planning.
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content and strategies.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages to build a community and generate leads.
- Design and run lead generation campaigns across different platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Create and manage workflows to turn prospects into qualified leads.
- Improve lead generation processes to boost conversion rates and return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and practices in digital content creation and social media marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, etc) and video editing software (e.g. Final CutPro, Adobe Premiere, or any other).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) and Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Knowledge of content optimization.
- Experience with lead generation tools and techniques, including email marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling and digital media.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
